Ownership Of Submissions
AFP Studio asks that the suggestions, artwork, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, scripts, materials or products any artist wishes to send to us, not be any type of strict non usable copyrighted material. AFP Studio values user feedback and the affiliates on this site, and will credit the artists' name pertaining to each submission. Upon submission of creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, scripts or other information or product or materials collectively sent to AFP Studio, the user agrees the information, product or material shall be deemed to become, and shall remain, the acquired property of AFP Studio, with full and fair mention recognizing the artists' name and other written description per submission upon the artists' request. None of the information, material or product shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of AFP Studio, nor shall we be held liable for any use or disclosure of all or part of the information, product or material. Without limiting the foregoing, AFP Studio shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights to the information, product or material of every kind and nature and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the information, material, or product for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise.

Non-exclusive/Exclusive Purchases & Transfer Of Ownership
The featured materials and information that are specifically listed for sale and reside within the AFP Studio web site and its domain, such as graphics, graphics on T-shirts, photographs, animations, web designs, page layouts, templates, any and all products, are sold as non-exclusive materials. We reserve the right to resell these non-exclusive materials at the non-exclusive markdown price. Full transfer of ownership is not until after the sale and rights have been transferred to the buyer a full price exclusive sale of said material or information. Only after the completed transaction of an exclusive sale will the content be permanently removed from our web site and full ownership rights be transferred over to the buyer.
