Background:
In 1998 the concept and trademark of AFP Studio was founded and operated as the seedlings of an independent advent by Bill, born and raised in Chicago, now residing on the west coast. During the years of seeking further challenges to the medulla oblongata and working three jobs to pay for the technology, immersion into the digital realm was a driven and natural progression. While networking with other like minded students, AFP Studio first evolved as a personal 'PROJECT-X', then an online college portfolio, and finally a freelance undertaking. In time, the visual art, programming and interactive design cemented itself as a web site venture.

Freelance Graphic and Digital Art Media Designer. Academic interests in futurist design, cyber crime investigations and corporate policy violation information research. I've acquired over 14 years experience in the field of Interactive Digital Media Production, Design and computer hardware technology. Since 1983, I've had 24 years hands on experience and working knowledge in office computer systems of the past and present. In 2000, acquired A.A.S. Degree (Applied Associate of Science) in the field of Interactive Digital Media Production and Graphic Art Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology in Chicago.

In 1994 a vocational diploma from Brownson Technical School, Inc., in California, with completed hands on training courses in the study of uniform plumbing codes, practical and mechanical applications and work history as a certified pipe fitter in the Plumbing industry with real world business management accomplishments.

Bilingual, English & Spanish speaking. Learning languages in German and French. Personal interests involve freelance design, science and technology, studies in ancient history and World War II. Current hobbies also include voice over and vocal impressions, digital and graphic modeling design.

1985-1993 Illinois Army National Guardsman, trained in Fort Benning Georgia & as a Regular Army advanced urban terrain infantryman soldier. Retired with the 129th Infantry Regiment in Elgin & Chicago, IL.
